- Thought we'd post some pictures from our trip home. We flew into Manchester, NH where Allen picked us up. He drove us up to Gilford to see where he lives and works. His living quarters are interesting to say the least. We then drove over to Kittery, Maine where we stayed the night. The next morning we took the girls to see the Nubble Lighthouse. It was freezing cold and, being the mean mother that I am, I made them get out of the car so I could take a picture.
- We also to the girls to the beach so they could collect some seashells. They were scared at first and didn't want to go near the water but then they caught on and it was hard to get them back in the car. Luckily, it wasn't nearly as cold or windy at the beach so we had a pretty good time. We all look forward to the time we can go back and play in the water and hunt for more treasures.
- Allen drove us home to Virginia where we were fortunate to have a couple of days together as a family before he had to return to New Hampshire. He will be home four weeks from today. YEA!!!
